Marzena makes buying in a tough market so enjoyable. We had to see quite a few house and put in multiple offers that were not accepted before we found a home that was beyond perfect for us, and I could not have imagined doing it with anyone but Marzena. Her personality honestly makes the process of seeing homes enjoyable. She knew how to make light of frustrating situations as well, such as when a house in person does not live up to how nice the pictures of it looked. When we found the home that ended up being ours, Marzena knew us so well that when she walked into the home before we got there she texted us that she knew we would be making an offer and boy was she right! The house we found was everything we ever wanted and more AND Marzena expertly guided us through putting together an offer for under asking that was accepted.
Not only is she professionally knowledgeable, but she is patient and kind as well. She was so loving to our toddler who tagged along to every single home we toured and he looked forward to seeing her every time. Now that we are moved in, when our doorbell rings he asks if it’s Marzena. She made quite the impression on him and I’m honestly forever grateful that she made the process so easy for our toddler (and us).

My family and I were relocating from FL during the height if the market, finding a home to suit our needs felt impossible. We weren't able to be in person to see homes we were interested in, but Marzena made sure to do a walk through and video call whenever we needed to. The market was super competitive and it was hard to nail a place down, but Marzena never gave up and she kept encouraging us and letting us know we would find a place. She was right!
